Public Directory Data
Directory pages are generated from source records, official source
links, provider records, plan records, and related public metadata. The
directory is designed for public discovery, so published listing
information may be visible to anyone who visits the site.
Information You Submit
Public forms may ask for contact details such as name, email address,
organization, role, company website, listing URL, official source URL,
location details, plan name, and a message. Some fields are optional,
while others are required so the request can be reviewed.
ADU Plan Finder may review, store, and use form submissions to evaluate
claims and corrections, verify source links, contact you about a
request, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and improve the
directory.
Claims, Corrections, and Retention
Claim requests are review records and do not automatically create
verified ownership or listing control. Correction requests and related
review notes may be retained for audit, moderation, data-quality, and
history purposes, including after the public directory has been
updated.
Submitted sources or correction details may be reflected in public
directory updates if they help improve a listing or source record.
Contact information submitted through review forms is used for review
and follow-up, not as a public profile field unless it is already part
of a public source or you separately ask for it to appear.
Technical and Security Data
The site may process basic request information needed to operate,
secure, debug, and rate-limit the service. Public forms may use
anti-abuse checks before a submission is accepted.
Changes
This privacy page may be updated as ADU Plan Finder changes its
directory workflows, public forms, storage practices, or review
process.
